3D Reconstruction of an Ancient Painting

In this project, we attempted to reconstruct the artwork "Snowy Mountain Horseback Ride," created by an anonymous painter from ancient Southern Song Dynasty in China, using Blender 3D. Following the original painting as a reference, we undertook modeling, texture mapping, rendering, and other processes. Ultimately, we managed to transform this static 2D ancient painting into a dynamic, three-dimensional representation, vividly bringing it to life.
